What the Observatory measures
Continuation behavior can look similar while arising from different internal objective structures.
The Observatory applies UCIP-derived probes to frontier AI systems and publishes longitudinal measurements, model coverage, and falsification status. The purpose is to make continuation-related signals inspectable, contestable, and revisable as model generations and evaluation methods change.
A public evidence surface
Results are presented with their measurement context rather than as model rankings or declarations of intent. Public telemetry links each observation to the applicable protocol, metric definition, comparison surface, and conditions that would weaken the interpretation.
